Our most recent event was a themed wine tasting, "Hidden Corners of Spain and Portugal", led by qualified wine instructor Ian Abrahams.  Ian commented that many people are familiar with Spanish wines but much less so with wines from Portugal.

Ian worked as a Wine Guide for John Harvey & Sons and now runs Wine Appreciation Classes at the Stoke Lodge Adult Learning Centre and other venues.
